The prompt for this animation was to create an intro for a studio or something of the sort. I came up with a fake animation studio playing on arthritis and writing since they rhyme and anyone who animates knows the pain. The sound effects were sourced from Freesound.org, except the ocean, as that was a video I recorded.
I didn't work with a storyboard for this, I just had a logo for the fake company in mind and wanted to include stop motion and ocean somehow.
I drew the layers separately and used After Effect to turn the writing and drawing into a live drawing almost, with a stamp.

I animated using stop motion and clay. I took pictures of it on a paper then cropped it out.
I used photoshop to key out and assemble the images, this was the rough cut of all of them together. I wanted to see how I would just create hands out of nothing and "draw" with clay. Most of this was an experiment with clay and animation.
