This project was to create a short story with no further detailing other than a time limit. I decided I wanted to create an animation of a painted image and mix the two mediums. I made GIF animations and super imposed them on top of the painting using After Effects.
To the left is the original illustration made on Illustration board, acrylic, and ink. I wanted it to resemble psychedelic art styles from the 70s. To the right is one of the GIFs used.
